Detailing the inner sciences & psychological wisdom found in the Tibetan Tengyur Professor Thurman connects the ancient wisdom to his recent book: Love Your Enemies: How to Break the Anger Habit & Be a Whole Lot Happier, co-authored by Sharon Salzberg.
This interview was done in conjunction with the talk “Tibetan Culture as World Treasure: What It Is, How It Came to Be, What Are Its Gifts Today” at the State University of New York at New Paltz that Professor Thurman gave on November 4th 2013. The lecture was presented jointly by the Dorsky and SUNY New Paltz’s Distinguished Speaker Series, in conjunction with The Dorsky exhibition, Anonymous: Contemporary Tibetan Art.
